The Matakana Village Pub is the perfect setting for your special occasion or event.  We cater for any groups 10 - 200+ people with ease. Your coordinator will help with planning, additional information and answering any questions you have, to make your function a success.

Capacity

10+ - 200+ people.  How many people are in your group, attending your event or function?

Want to book the whole Pub for your event or special occasion?  The Matakana - Village Pub is available exclusively for your group, based on the size or type of function.  Minimum spends do apply and we can provide details if required.

Seating

Many seating options are available, with different set up’s or areas within the venue to suit the style of your function.  What style of event, function or group booking are you planning?  Casual, Walk N Fork, Formal, Sit Down Dinner, a meeting or a party?  You tell us and we can cater your set up to suit.

Food & Beverage

Our fresh, seasonal menu has a range of great options to suit your group.  All dietary requirements can be catered for easily and we can talk through the options available.

A selection of set menus are designed to cater for larger groups with 2 and 3 course options available.  Please get in contact for more information.

The Matakana has a curated beverage selection that includes many local vineyards and craft breweries, an extensive range of tap beers, NZ wines, fresh made cocktails, and a broad range of spirits depending on where the mood takes you.

Music & Entertainment

Wanting something a bit special or add that extra element to your event or function?  The Matakana - Village Pub has a large roster of musicians, DJ, bands and entertainers to suit you budget.   We also have PA and AV gear available for a nominal hire fee.  Tell us more about what your entertainment requirements are.
